Solid World DAO Partners With DeVo
Solid World is pleased to announce a new partnership with DeVo, a DAO that aims to provide transparency to philanthropy so donors can see where exactly their donations are being spent, rewarding volunteers in addition to other stakeholders, and expanding access to help for the marginalized.
DeVo has created an intercontinental humanitarian ecosystem for organizations, volunteers, and donors to efficiently interact together in serving the marginalized individual. By way of trust-based interactions between stakeholders via a DAO, DeFi and NFT’s, DeVo addresses the many long-suffering ineffective processes of the 2.3 trillion dollar philanthropic sector.
A statement from Solid World announcing the partnership said, “DeVo is working in an extremely important space. When it is done right, philanthropy has the power to create incredible change, but it is essential that donations become transparent so we can ensure that the funds are actually making a difference. DeVo also issued a statement on the partnership, saying that, “DeVo is committed to growing our community by introducing DeVo to those who are able to utilize all of its value and by strategically partnering with like-minded organizations who are committed to creating positive change, expanding into the global network, and paving way for altruistic efforts to have a greater impact.”
Solid World DAO is creating a transparent carbon market that will enable the pre-funding of high-quality sequestration-based carbon projects to help them get off the ground. The platform will also enable the commodification of carbon credits, and provide much-need liquidity to the carbon economy. Solid World will also allow users to trade many different types of pre-purchased carbon credits from agricultural, reforestation, and blue carbon sources.
